§ 98.99 PENALTY.

(A) Penalties. Any owner or lessee of the premises which an alarm device is installed shall be assessed a fine of $50 to $100 for each violation of sections §§ 98.04, 98.05, 98.06 and/or 98.07.

(B) Assessment of false alarm fine. The owner or lessee of the premises within which an alarm device is installed shall be assessed a fine of $50 to $100 for each false alarm beginning after the third false alarm. The owner or lessee shall be allowed three false alarms per year beginning July 1 through June 30 for which no fine will be assessed.
