§ 98.06 RESPONSE TO ALARM BY OWNER OR OTHER DESIGNATED RESPONDER.

The owner, operator, lessee, or a listed responder of an alarm system designated pursuant to § 98.04, if requested by the police or fire department, will respond to the premises or facility within 30 minutes from the time of notification by the police or fire department.
