§ 33.226 ACQUIRED ASSETS.
   Any real or personal property acquired by the Board shall be acquired and held in the name of the Board, that is in the name of the Board of Directors of the Pennyroyal Area Museum. In the event of the dissolution of the Board, as organized herein, the property shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of § 33.227 hereunder.
