§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter or any provisions of any rule or regulation adopted by the Inspector pursuant to authority granted by this chapter, or any person who shall fail to comply with any final order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $100, or by imprisonment of not less than one day or more than 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment. Each day’s failure to comply with any provision or order shall constitute a separate violation. Conviction under this section shall not preclude proceedings taken pursuant to § 152.02.
