§ 99.15 USE OF SIDEWALKS.

In order to prevent potentially dangerous situations, it shall be unlawful for any person to utilize the sidewalks for any transportation mode other than pedestrian. These uses include motorcycle and all terrain vehicle (ATV) transit.
