2.34.090 Rules of order.  
   At all meetings of the fire department, the fire chief shall be the presiding officer, and shall only be entitled to vote in case of a tie vote; when he shall then cast the deciding vote. Rules of order and the manner in conducting meetings when not specifically provided for by rules adopted by the members of the fire department or by the ordinances of the city, shall be governed by and as provided in Robert's Rules of Order.
