17.80.060 Conditions of issuance-registration.
After a conditional use has been granted by the city council, all conditional uses, including home occupations, shall register annually at the city offices, in January of each and every year, or as soon after the granting of a conditional use by the city council as is possible, providing the city with the address of the conditional use, the nature of the conditional use, the persons involved with the conditional use, including home occupation, and a certification that the conditional is in compliance with the conditions of issuance of the city. Failure to so register the conditional use as set forth in this section, shall constitute a revocation of the permit for such conditional use, and a new conditional use permit must be acted upon by the Plan Commission and the city council before the conditional use is allowed to continue. In addition, the continued utilization of the premises for the conditional use in violation of these provisions herein set forth shall be further subject to the penalties and remedies set forth in Section 17.96.
