17.76.060 Preliminary conference.
Prior to the preparation of a formal application, the applicant should meet with the plan commission to give the applicant the opportunity to be advised of the procedures and policies that may affect the application and to obtain whatever information the commission deems necessary concerning the application prior to the submission of the application. At this time, the applicant may ask for a waiver of the preliminary plan submission if the plan falls into the category of convenience or neighborhood commercial as defined. All final plan submission procedures must be followed.
