The zoning administrator is authorized and directed to administer and enforce all the provisions of this chapter. Whenever necessary, the officials of other departments of the city shall give such assistance as is consistent with the usual duties of their respective departments.
Upon presentation of proper credentials, the zoning administrator or his/her duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any premises when necessary to perform any duty imposed upon him/her by this chapter.
