All mobile homes, trailer or mobile home parks not in conformity with the rules and regulations of Ch. 17.48 et seq. on the date of the adoption of this amendment shall be a non-conforming use. Such use shall be permitted until the sale of the property from a current owner when the non-conforming use shall be terminated and all trailers or mobile homes shall be removed by the owner within 30 days of the changing of ownership.
