Each trailer coach shall be allotted a site of not less than 2,100 square feet. No trailer coach shall be parked closer than ten feet to the side lot lines of a trailer coach park, if the abutting property is improved property, or closer than ten feet to a public street, alley or building. Each individual trailer site shall abut or face on a private or public driveway or roadway of not less than 16 feet in width, which space shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley. There shall be an open space of at least ten feet between the sides of every trailer coach and at least five feet between the ends of every trailer coach. Each site must meet the requirements set forth in Ch. 17.48 et seq. of the Municipal Code of the City of Hoopeston, Illinois.
