17.48.070 Character.

A. No such license shall be issued to any person but a person of good character nor to any corporation if any officer therefor is not a person of good character.

B. It shall be unlawful to hire or keep as manager, superintendent, or person in charge of a trailer coach park any person who is not a person of good character or any person who has been convicted of a felony.
