The purpose of this zoning district is to prevent scattered, indiscriminate development of mobile homes or trailers within areas that are predominantly single-family, two-family, or multiple-family residential districts, industrial or commercial districts. This district is included to encourage the planned orderly development of mobile home districts to the benefit of mobile home owners in Hoopeston.
