17.32.040 Yard requirements.
   A.   Front Yard. There shall be a front yard on each lot which shall be not less than ten feet in depth.
   B.   Side Yards. No minimum requirement except on a lot abutting any residential zoning district there shall be a side yard abutting such district having a width of not less than twelve feet and on any comer lot, the side abutting the street shall have a width of not less than ten feet.
