17.28.050 Building coverage. 
   The maximum percentage of the area of each lot which may be occupied by buildings shall be in accordance with the following table:
   Type of Dwelling Unit      Maximum Coverage
   Single-family               30%
   Single-family, attached         40%
   Two-family               30%
   Multifamily               40%
(Ord. 81-11 Art. VII § 3 (E), 1980).
