17.24.060 Building size. 
   No building shall be erected for residential purposes having a ground floor area of less than six hundred eighty square feet for a single-family dwelling, or less than a total floor area of one thousand three hundred sixty square feet for a two-family dwelling, exclusive of unenclosed porches, terraces, and garages.
