17.12.010 Established.

In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this title, the city and adjacent territory within one and one-half miles of the corporate boundaries of the city is divided into the following districts:

A - 1 Agricultural

R - 1 Single-family residence

R - 2 Two-family residence

R - 3 Multiple family residence

B - 1 Commercial

I - 1 Light industrial

I - 2 Heavy industrial

I - 3 Hazardous industrial

M - 1 Mobile home
