17.08.220 Curb level.  
   "Curb level" means the level of the established curb in front of the building measured at the center of each front. Where the building faces on more than one street, the curb level shall be the average of the levels of the curbs at the center of the front of each street. Where no curb elevation has been established, the mean level of the land immediately adjacent to the building shall be considered the curb level.
