All sidewalks shall be concrete and shall conform to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Department of Transportation, State of Illinois, latest edition.
A. A minimum compressive strength shall be three thousand five hundred psi in fourteen days or a modulus of rupture equal to six hundred fifty psi in fourteen days;
B. Be field tested as stated, at the rate of two specimens per one thousand two hundred lineal feet or per day, whichever is greater;
C. Be hand finished or machine finished;
D. The subgrade shall meet the requirements set forth in the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Department of Transportation, State of Illinois, latest edition.
