After completion of the project and prior to acceptance by the city council, the consulting engineer shall furnish the city engineer three complete sets of as-built plans with each sheet clearly marked as-built in the lower right-hand corner. These plans shall indicate the final location of all improvements. Three copies of the approved final plat shall accompany these drawings.
