16.32.070 Notice of construction work progress.
   It shall be the duty of the certifying engineer to notify the city engineer and the specific city superintendent at least one day in advance of any starting, suspended, resumption or completion of each phase of construction work. This section shall not apply to work suspended by reason of adverse weather conditions.
