2.14.020 Powers. 
   The electrical inspector shall have the right during reasonable hours to enter any building in the discharge of his official duties, or for the purpose of making an inspection or test of the electrical equipment therein; and he shall have the authority to enforce all the ordinance provisions relating to the electrical wiring and equipment. He shall have the power to cause the current in any wire or conduit to be turned off whenever this is necessary in an emergency for the protection of life and property.
