A. The city plumbing inspector is appointed to inspect, when a complaint has been made, all residence hot water and steam installations or conversions and all warm air heating installations or conversions.
B. It shall be the duty of the inspectors to inspect, when a complaint has been made, all space heating equipment and commercial processing equipment installed in the city, and see that all installations have been thoroughly tested.
