The regulations of the latest BOCA Public Housing Code recommended and published by the Building Officials Conference of America, Inc., published in book form is adopted as the regulations governing the minimum housing standards for dwellings and multiple-family dwellings in the city, and it is unlawful to erect or construct any building or structure in the city in violation of, or without complying with those regulations.
