13.44.020 Fine imposed when.
   Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 13.44.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in Section 1.12.010. Each day in which any such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
