13.32.280 Sewage, industrial.
   "Industrial sewage" means a combination of liquid and water-carried wastes, discharged from any industrial establishment and resulting from any trade or process carried on in that establishment (this shall include the wastes from pre treatment facilities and polluted cooling water).
