13.32.160 Normal domestic strength sewage.
   "Normal domestic strength sewage" means wastewater or sewage having an average daily suspended solids concentration of not more than 250 mg/1, an average daily BOD of not more than 200 mg/l, and an average daily ammonia concentration of not more than 25 mg/l.
