13.32.090 Billable S.
   "Billable S" means a user's loading in pounds of suspended solids calculated using the billable flow and concentration of suspended solids in the waste as determined by the city. Minimum waste strength of suspended solids shall be the domestic waste concentration of 250 mg/l.
