13.32.080 Billable NH 3 .
   "Billable NH 3 " means a user's loading in pounds of ammonia calculated using the billable flow and concentration of ammonia in the waste as determined by the city. Minimum waste strength of ammonia shall be the domestic waste concentration of 25 mg/l.
