13.32.050 Billable BOD.  
   "Billable BOD" means a user's loading in pounds of BOD calculated using the billable flow and concentration of BOD in the waste as determined by the city. Minimum waste strength of BOD shall be the domestic waste concentration of 200 mg/l.
