13.32.030 Local government definitions.  
   A.   "City" means the city of Hoopeston.
   B.   "City council" means the city council of the city of Hoopeston.
   C.   "Ordinance" means the ordinance codified in this chapter.
   D.   "Superintendent" means the superintendent of water and sewer of the city of Hoopeston or his subordinates.
