A. "Administrator" means the Regional Administrator of Region V of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
B. "Federal Act" means the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C 1251 et seq.) as amended by the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (Pub. L 92-500) and (Pub. L 93-243) and the Clean Water Act of 1977 (Pub. L 95-217).
C. "Federal grant" means the U.S. Government participation in the financing of the construction of treatment works as provided for by Title 11, Grants for Construction of Treatment Works of the Act and Implementing Regulations.
D. "USEPA" means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
