13.28.040 Cross-connection control program.  
   The city shall develop a comprehensive control program for the elimination and prevention of all cross-connections, and removal of all existing cross-connections and prevention of all future cross-connections, except those authorized by the city and those which meet codes and regulations of the city, local and state plumbing, Ill. EPA and U.S. EPA.
