12.20.120 Penalty for violation.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined no less than five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
