10.44.030 Punishment for obstruction of grade crossing.
   Any railroad corporation, violating any provision of this chapter, shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars if the duration of the obstruction is in excess of ten minutes but no longer than fifteen minutes. If the duration of the obstruction exceeds fifteen minutes, the time shall be five hundred dollars.
