10.41.050 Yielding right of way.

All persons riding a skateboard or roller skates within the city limits shall at all times yield the right-of-way to vehicular traffic while on a city street; furthermore, any person riding a skateboard or roller skates shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian on a sidewalk within the city.
