No person shall ride any bicycle on any of the streets, alleys or sidewalks within the corporate limits of the city between the time of one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise unless such bicycle is equipped with a light throwing a light at least fifty feet in the direction in which tho bicycle is going and a red light or reflector at the rear of the bicycle which shall be visible for a distance of one hundred feet.
