9.20.020 Trespassing.
   Any person who is found to be trespassing upon the premises of another within the city, or any person who trespasses upon any private premises or public grounds, or injures, destroys or carries away any flower, fruit, vegetable, plant, shrub, tree or other .thing which may be there or ornament or otherwise, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12.
