9.16.020 Breach of the peace constituting disorderly conduct described.
   For the purposes of this chapter, a breach of the peace constituting disorderly conduct includes but is not limited to the acts of any person who disturbs the peace and quiet of the city or of any neighborhood, family or person, by loud and unusual noise, shouting, blowing horns, yelling, singing and/or whistling.
