9.12.100 Containers prohibited in public places when.
   It is unlawful for any person, adult or minor, to transport, carry, possess or have alcoholic liquor except possession in the original package with the seal, if any, unbroken, while located on any city street, alley, sidewalk or public parking areas within the city.
