Any person who is an inmate of any common ill-governed and disorderly house wherein idleness, gaming, drinking, fornication or other misbehavior is encouraged, which house is situated within the city or within three miles of the outer boundaries thereof or any person who is in any way contributing to the support there-of, is connected therewith or who is found therein, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12.
