9.12.060 Leasing premises for gaming prohibited.
   Any person who knowingly rents or leases to another any building, room or premises to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as a gaming house or place for persons to come together and gamble, or any person who knowingly permits the same to be so used, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12.
