9.08.020 Battery.
   It is unlawful for any person to commit a battery. For purposes of this section, a person commits a battery if he intentionally or knowingly without legal justification and by any means:
   A.   Causes bodily harm to an individual; or
   B.   Makes physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with an individual.
