8.04.190 Designated.
   Any person, firm, partnership or corporation who violates any provision or provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
