8.04.060 Dumping permitted only where authorized.  
   No garbage or waste material shall be dumped within the city limits, but must be hauled to a place outside the city limits at a distance which will not create a nuisance to any residents within the city limits, and deposited in a place authorized under and by the provisions of the statutes of the State of Illinois.
