6.09.160 Duties of City Clerk. 
   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to determine that all fees provided for in this chapter, or otherwise provided by ordinance to be paid, are properly accounted for to the city treasurer; however the City Clerk may delegate such duties to the animal control officer to be performed under the City Clerk's supervision.
