6.09.060 Exhibition of vaccination certificate upon request. 
   At any reasonable time, upon request of any member of the police department, the mayor or the animal control officer, the owner or keeper of any cat shall exhibit his certificate, issued under the provisions of Section 6.09.040, showing the inoculation against rabies and distemper of any cat owned or controlled by him.
