Each calendar year, or at such intervals as may hereafter be promulgated by the Department of Agriculture, every owner or keeper of a cat four months or more of age shall cause such cat to be inoculated against rabies. Such owner or keeper of such cat shall produce at the request of the Animal Control Officer the license verifying licensure of the cat.
