6.08.060 Exhibition of vaccination certificate upon request.
   At any reasonable time, upon request of any member of the police department, the mayor or the animal control officer/dog warden, the owner or keeper of any unmuzzled dog shall exhibit his certificate, issued under the provisions of Section 6.08.040, showing the inoculation against rabies of any dog owned or controlled by him.
