5.40.050 License-Fee.
   The fee to be paid to the city for issuing each license shall be one hundred dollars if the maximum retail value of all prizes or merchandise to be awarded by a licensee in a single raffle exceeds five thousand dollars. If such do not exceed five thousand dollars, the license fee shall be ten dollars.
